In the field of non-profit organizations working with people with disabilities, such as Fundación Empate, there is an increasing need for mechanisms that enable closer monitoring of students' progress and better coordination with volunteers. The lack of detailed information during activities often prevents volunteers from tailoring their approach to meet the specific needs of the students, affecting the quality of the educational experience. Additionally, tutors do not have continuous access to reports on their children's performance, limiting their involvement in the process. These needs, identified through the daily work at the foundation, led to the proposal of a digital platform that allows volunteers to access key information about students, such as medical records and personal preferences, and provides tutors with weekly progress reports. The system successfully met the proposed objectives, offering an effective solution that improves both the quality of support provided by volunteers and the monitoring process for tutors.
