Plan de solvencia financiera para el Córdoba Convention and Visitors Bureau

Abstract

Este trabajo apunta a resolver el principal problema financiero del Córdoba Convention and Visitors Bureau, el cual hoy en día se encuentra obstaculizado en el desenvolvimiento óptimo de su actividad organizacional. Este impedimento económico persiste desde los inicios de la organización hasta la fecha y ninguna gestión directiva ha podido encontrar una solución a dicha situación. Es por ello que la propuesta aquí presente contempla cambios organizacionales radicales y un proyecto de inversión de magnitud considerable para resolver el problema definitivamente. La propuesta consta de dos partes. La primera en donde se plantea una transformación societaria de la institución de una asociación civil sin fines de lucro a una sociedad de tipo comercial, la cual cambia rotundamente el enfoque general de la organización hacia un enfoque de tipo empresarial. Esto es necesario para dar lugar a la segunda y más importante parte de la propuesta, en la cual se planifica y plantea un proyecto de inversión de un alojamiento que cumpla con las necesidades y requerimientos básicos y convenientes que trae consigo la actividad económica de la asociación, y cuyo objetivo también es brindar la solvencia económica que la organización necesita. Las principales acciones de esta propuesta son: la contratación de un/a asesor/a legal, el tramite de la documentación y requisitos en general para la transformación societaria, la compra de un inmueble y posterior ejecución del proyecto de construcción, y la contratación y capacitación del personal que se desenvolverá en el alojamiento.

This work aims to solve the main financial problem from Cordoba Convention and Visitors Bureau, which nowadays finds itself obstructed in the optimal development of its organizational activity. This economic impediment persists from the beginnings of the organization until the date and no executive management could end up with a solution to this situation. It is therefore that the present proposal contemplates radical organizational changes and an investment project of a considerable magnitude to solve the problem permanently. The proposal consists of two sections. The first one, where it raises a corporate conversion of the institution from a nonprofit association to a commercial type company, which changes completely the general approach of the organization to a business type one. This is necessary to lead to the second and most important part of the proposal, in which it is planned and raised an investment project of an accommodation that supplies all the basic and convenient requirements and needs that comes with the economic activity of the association, and also whose objective is to provide economic solvency that the organization needs. The proposal’s principal actions are: hiring a legal advisor, general documentation and paperwork for the corporate conversion, purchase of the immovable property and the subsequent building of the accommodation project, and the hiring and training of the personnel who is going to be operating at the accommodation.
