Abstract
This case report proposes a strategic plan to form an alliance between Bioledesma
S.A.U. and Oreste Berta S.A., leveraging the opportunities offered by the bioethanol industry
in motorsport competitions. The plan aims to generate competitive advantages and achieve
high recognition in the sector, which is essential to demonstrate the companies' ability to
enter new markets and adapt to sustainability trends.
Bioledesma's global context is characterized by the growing demand for renewable
energy and the need to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, which could challenge and impact
motorsport. Thus, the proposal focuses on commercializing bioethanol in racing,
progressively capturing a larger share of the sector while enabling the continued enjoyment
of leisure and sports in an ecological and sustainable way.
After identifying all the situational analysis variables that could benefit or harm the
company, the strategic plan is presented, supported by financial indicators such as a positive
NPV, an IRR above the opportunity cost, and a high ROI.
In conclusion, the project is not only financially attractive but also allows the company to
enter a rapidly growing market, strengthen its commitment to sustainability, and strategically
position itself in the biofuels sector.
