Resumen
En Argentina existen muchas pequeñas empresas familiares dentro del sector agrícola que dependen de métodos manuales para la gestión de sus operaciones, lo que puede llevar a ineficiencias y limitaciones en su capacidad operativa. Tras haber realizado un análisis detallado de las prácticas y procesos actuales y haber estudiado las necesidades específicas de estas empresas, se encontraron oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de gestión. A través de una aplicación, se ha buscado integrar la gestión y administración de los cultivos y cosechas, como así también la comercialización y la generación y carga de la documentación asociada. El enfoque de este proyecto fue desde la definición del problema y la recopilación de información, hasta el diseño, desarrollo y evaluación del sistema, asegurando que se cumplan los requisitos de eficiencia y facilidad de uso. Este trabajo no solo ha proporcionado una herramienta valiosa para el sector, sino que también ha destacado el potencial de la tecnología para transformar prácticas tradicionales en el campo.
In Argentina, there are many small family-owned businesses within the agricultural sector that rely on manual methods to manage their operations, which can lead to inefficiencies and limitations in their operational capacity. After conducting a detailed analysis of current practices and processes and studying the specific needs of these businesses, opportunities for improvement in management processes have been identified. Through an application, the goal has been to integrate the management and administration of crops and harvests, as well as the commercialization and generation and uploading of the associated documentation. The approach of this project ranged from problem definition and information gathering to system design, development and evaluation, ensuring that efficiency and ease of use requirements were met. This work has not only provided a valuable tool for the sector but has also highlighted the potentialof technology to transform traditional practices in the field.
