Resumen
El presente trabajo mostró el diseño y la implementación de un plan de comunicación interna y la formación en liderazgo coach para los mandos medios de la empresa Man-Ser S.R.L. de la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina. El proceso contempló un diagnóstico organizacional, en el cual se identificaron debilidades en los canales de comunicación y carencias en competencias de liderazgo, el diseño del plan adaptado a la industria y cultura organizacional, su implementación y medición de los resultados en un lapso de 12 meses. Se esperaba como resultado un aumento en la facturación anual del 30%. El plan incluyó herramientas de aplicación práctica, instrumentos de evaluación
de desempeño, guías de implementación y recomendaciones para dar continuidad con un enfoque estratégico. Como conclusión, se observó que la comunicación interna fluida en todas direcciones y el liderazgo bien gestionado y con propósito no solo mejoran el clima organizacional y la coordinación operativa, sino que también tuvieron un impacto significativo en la productividad.
This paper presented the design and implementation of an internal communication plan and caching-based leadership training for middle management at the company Man-Ser S.R.L., located in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. The process involved an organizational diagnosis, in which identified weaknesses in communication channels and gaps in leadership competencies, the desing of a plan tailored to the industry and organizational culture, its implementation, and the measurement of results over a 12-month period. A 30% increase in annual revenue was expected as result. The plan included practical application tools, performance evaluations instruments, implementation guides, and recommendations to ensure continuity of strategic approach. In conclusion, it was observed that fluent internal communication in all directions and well-managed, purpose-driven leadership not only improved the organization climate and operational coordination, but also had a significant impact on productivity.
