This paper analyzes the occupational health and safety conditions at FADEPA S.A., a chemical SME in Villa Nueva, Córdoba, dedicated to the manufacture of paints. The company, with 32 years of experience, stands out for its position in the "second-brand" market and its social commitment, but faces significant risks due to an unplanned infrastructure and semi-artisanal processes. The IPER Matrix identifies chemical risks (exposure to solvents and dust), fire/explosion risks (friction on metal sinks), electrical risks (obsolete installations), and physical risks (noise and poor lighting), regulated by Laws 19,587 and 24,557. The theoretical framework demonstrates the need for a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system, while the assessment highlights the urgent need for intervention to protect the 40 workers and ensure regulatory compliance. The implementation plan proposes improvements in infrastructure, training, environmental monitoring, and formalization of OSH policies, with indicators such as a significant reduction in chemical risks and the elimination of fire incidents. The conclusions underscore the importance of integrating safety as a strategic pillar, and recommend actions such as automation, training, and reorganization to sustain FADEPA's development.
