Abstract This final graduation project analyzes the tax situation of ANDINA CONSTRUCTORA & CONSULTORA S.A.S., a construction company based in the province of Jujuy, Argentina. The main objective is to identify alternatives to optimize the tax burden and contribute to the economic sustainability of its operations. A descriptive and comparative approach was applied, using tools such as PESTEL analysis, SWOT matrix, and an evaluation of the tax regimes in the provinces of Jujuy, Salta, and Córdoba, in order to assess a potential relocation. The findings indicate that the high provincial and municipal tax pressure negatively impacts the company's profitability. Salta presents a slightly lower tax burden, while Córdoba offers broader tax benefits subject to larger-scale investments. The study concludes that relocation could be a favorable strategy, provided the operational and administrative costs are carefully considered. Finally, it is recommended to implement an action plan that includes detailed analysis of fiscal scenarios, modernization of accounting systems, and specialized professional support.
