This Final Degree Project addressed the communication problems of “Prof. León S. Morra” Sanatorium, a private mental health institution with a long-standing presence in Córdoba, Argentina. Based on an institutional diagnosis, low digital visibility was identified, along with poor articulation between internal and external communication and difficulties in expressing its identity as a mental health promoter and social actor. In response, a strategic external communication plan was developed to improve the institution’s digital positioning. The proposal included actions such as website redesign, segmented content production, social media campaigns, community events, and perception surveys. The plan integrated human, technical, and financial resources, an execution timeline with assigned responsibilities, and an evaluation system with indicators and measurement phases. The planning process was carried out from a professional, ethical, and participatory perspective, considering the strategic role of institutional communication in health organizations. This work made it possible to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the degree and demonstrated the relevance of Public Relations as a tool for institutional strengthening and transformation.
