Despite the fact that there were some difficulties to cope with (for which the corresponding recommendations were made), it was concluded that the company is able to make an exportation business maintaining the institutional mandate that keeps the concept of familiar tradition. The Multiple Attribute Decision Matrix considered the Uruguayan market to be the best qualified to make the first export and, thanks to the application of the Export Manual, it was revealed how it is possible to carry it out in the expected time.
