“Incorporación de cosechadora John Deere s700 para un desarrollo sustentable y económicamente favorable, con última tecnología en agricultura de precisión para empresa agrícola-departamento Tercero Arriba”

Abstract

En el presente trabajo final de grado, correspondiente a la carrera de Licenciatura en Administración Agraria, tiene como objetivo analizar la viabilidad de incorporar un plan de mejora en los procesos productivos, para lograr un desarrollo sustentable y económicamente favorable en la empresa agrícola del departamento de Tercero Arriba. Se llevará un análisis exhaustivo organizacional, técnico y financiero, para evaluar la posibilidad de incorporar cosechadora John Deere S700, con última tecnología en agricultura de precisión, la cual traerá beneficios a nivel productivo, económico, ambiental y se prescindirá del servicio por parte del contratista. Su adquisición, aumentará el valor total de empresa y llevará a nuevas oportunidades que traerán ingresos adicionales a la actividad principal. Podremos ver cómo, a través de un par de adaptaciones, será posible lograr aprovechar fortalezas con la que la empresa cuenta, y así captar oportunidades que son posibles gracias a la incorporación de este equipo, brindando un abanico de beneficios y minimizando amenazas a las que podría verse expuesta, siendo esto posible gracias a la actual tecnología del mercado.

The objective of this final degree project, corresponding to the Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Administration, is to analyze the viability of incorporating an improvement plan in the production processes, to achieve sustainable and economically favorable development in the agricultural company of the department of Tercero Arriba. An exhaustive organizational, technical and financial analysis will be carried out to evaluate the possibility of incorporating the John Deere S700 harvester, with the latest technology in precision agriculture, which will bring benefits at a productive, economic and environmental level and will dispense with the service provided by the contractor. Its acquisition will increase the total value of the company and lead to new opportunities that will bring additional income to the main activity. We will be able to see how, through a couple of adaptations, it will be possible to take advantage of the strengths that the company has, and thus capture opportunities that are possible thanks to the incorporation of this team, providing a range of benefits and minimizing threats to which could be exposed, this being possible thanks to the current technology on the market.
