This final thesis addresses the risks associated with the handling of organic solvents in the production process of FADEPA S.A., a company dedicated to paint manufacturing. Based on a comprehensive technical assessment, critical occupational conditions were identified, including chemical exposure, insufficient ventilation, lack of documented procedures, and partial non-compliance with current regulations. As a response, a tailored Occupational Health and Safety Plan was designed and implemented for the production area, focusing on infrastructure improvements, worker training, and the incorporation of corrective technical measures. The plan is structured in three progressive stages, with measurable objectives, a detailed budget, and guidelines aligned with national legislation. This work aims not only to improve current working conditions, but also to lay the foundation for a permanent preventive management system, promoting a sustainable safety culture that can be adapted to other small and medium-sized industries in the sector.
