Resumen
La propuesta de intervención es la práctica de psicomotricidad como diciplina de la actividad física para personas mayores semidependientes y dependientes en residencias.
El objetivo principal de esta intervención es trabajar y mejorar las cualidades físicas, el movimiento y la integración social de las personas ayudándolas a lograr una autonomía y una mejor calidad de vida.
Las actividades a realizar son de movilidad articular general, el fortalecimiento muscular y la estimulación cognitiva.
Se realizará a través de sesiones de clases grupales con diferentes elementos y fundamentalmente música, para trabajar las reminiscencias y la comunicación y conexión con el mundo que los rodea.
Estos talleres traen beneficios a nivel mental, físico y social de las personas mayores institucionalizadas como parte del nuevo paradigma del envejecimiento activo y saludable.
ABSTRAC The intervention proposal is the practice of psychomotor skills as a discipline of physical activity for semi-dependent and dependent elderly people in residences. The main objective of this intervention is to work on and improve the physical qualities, movement and social integration of people, helping them achieve autonomy and a better quality of life. The activities to be carried out are general joint mobility, muscle strengthening and cognitive stimulation. It will be done through group class sessions with different elements such as balls, fabrics, balloons, canes and mainly music to work on reminiscences and communication and connection with the world around them. These workshops bring mental, physical and social benefits to institutionalized older people as part of the new paradigm of active and healthy aging.
