Abstract Adolescence is a stage of profound transformations, in which the development of social skills acquires special relevance for the construction of healthy relationships and conflict resolution. In this context, this Final Degree Project aims to design and implement an intervention plan oriented to strengthen these skills in students of the I.P.E.M. No. 193 “José María Paz”, located in the town of Saldan, Córdoba. The problem addressed arises from the institutional observation of recurrent difficulties in communication among peers, poor active listening, empathy and inadequate ways of conflict resolution. In response, a proposal of six group meetings was designed, with an experiential methodology and participatory approach, which promotes reflection, active learning and the appropriation of tools to improve coexistence. The contents worked on include assertive communication, empathy, active listening and conflict resolution. The intervention is theoretically based on the cognitive-behavioral approach and social learning theory, highlighting social skills training as a strategy to prevent risk behaviors and promote emotional well-being. It is expected that the experience will favor the classroom climate, the bonds among students and contribute to the integral development of adolescents inside and outside the school environment
