Resumen
Este Trabajo Final de Grado propone una campaña publicitaria integral para el Hostal Las Golondrinas, un pequeño emprendimiento de hospedaje enclavado en las sierras de Córdoba, cuyo diferencial radica en ofrecer una experiencia de descanso consciente y reconexión personal con la naturaleza.
A partir del análisis de situación, se identificó la falta de una estrategia comunicacional coherente y posicionadora como el principal problema a resolver. El marco teórico se centró en el concepto de slow marketing como respuesta a un entorno saturado de estímulos, y como herramienta para construir una narrativa emocional alineada con el perfil del público objetivo.
El diagnóstico derivó en la creación del concepto de campaña “ModoSlow”, una
propuesta que invita a “bajar un cambio” y habitar el tiempo libre con mayor conciencia y disfrute. Se definieron objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos, acciones concretas y un sistema de evaluación de resultados.
Como parte de la propuesta, se diseñó también el ModoSlow Club, una comunidad digital que refuerza el vínculo emocional con los huéspedes y permite sostener el posicionamiento de marca a largo plazo.
Se concluye que, para un emprendimiento de estas características, la coherencia entre lo que se ofrece y lo que se comunica es clave para diferenciarse y consolidarse como marca.
This Final Degree Project proposes an integrated advertising campaign for Hostal Las Golondrinas, a small lodging enterprise located in the Córdoba hills, whose core value lies in offering a mindful rest experience and personal reconnection with nature. Through a situational analysis, the lack of a coherent and positioning communication strategy was identified as the main issue. The theoretical framework focused on slow marketing as a response to a stimulus-saturated environment, and as a tool to build an emotional narrative aligned with the target audience. The diagnosis led to the creation of the campaign concept “ModoSlow”, an invitation to slow down and experience leisure time with greater awareness and enjoyment. Qualitative and quantitative objectives were defined, along with concrete actions and a results evaluation system. As part of the proposal, the ModoSlow Club was also designed: a digital community that strengthens the emotional bond with guests and sustains the brand positioning in the long term. It is concluded that, for an enterprise of this nature, coherence between what is offered and what is communicated is key to standing out and consolidating as a brand.
