Resumen
Las droguerías son una parte esencial en la cadena comercial de medicamentos y descartables utilizados por el sistema de salud correntino. En la ciudad de Corrientes, el 84% de las droguerías son empresas pequeñas que vienen sufriendo, en los últimos años, una inusual rotación de personal, impactando la misma en puestos de difícil cobertura.
En este sentido, el presente trabajo se enfocó en realizar una revisión, etapa por etapa, de la gestión del capital humano llevada a cabo por estas organizaciones, con el objeto de conocer las particularidades de sus procesos de planificación, reclutamiento, selección, contratación, inducción, capacitación, motivación y evaluación del desempeño. Como corolario de ese estudio y a través de un análisis del contexto local, el investigador realizó recomendaciones técnicas a fin de promover una administración de los recursos humanos más eficiente en las droguerías pequeñas, teniendo en cuenta el medio en que operan y su capacidad económica.
El principal producto de esta investigación es la propuesta de un Manual de Gestión de Recursos Humanos que contiene un modelo de organigrama, un detalle de las principales funciones de los puestos más comunes y una descripción de las tareas básicas que se aconseja llevar adelante por parte de las compañías objeto de estudio, con el propósito de colaborar en la consolidación de su staff y en la reducción de costos perdidos por el desarrollo intuitivo de actividades importantes en el proceso.
Drug-wholesalers are an essential part of the commercial chain of medicines and disposables used by the Corrientes health system. In the city of Corrientes, 84% of drug-wholesalers are small firms who have been suffering, in recent years, an unusual personnel turnover, impacting positions that are very difficult to fill. In this sense, this work focused on making a stage-by-stage review of the human capital management accomplished by these organizations, in order to know the particularities of their planning, recruitment, selection, hiring, induction, training, motivation, and performance evaluation processes. As a corollary of this study and through an analysis of the local context, the researcher made technical recommendations to promote a more efficient human resources administration in small drug-wholesalers, considering the environment in which they operate and their economic capacity. The main product of this research is the proposal of a Human Resources Management Manual that contains an organizational chart model, a detail of the main functions for the most common positions, and a description of the basic tasks advised to be carried out by the companies under study, with the purpose of collaborating in the consolidation of their staff and in the reduction of lost costs due to an intuitive development of important activities in the process.
