La responsabilidad anónima en el Código Civil y Comercial

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda los distintos aspectos relacionados a la regulación de la responsabilidad anónima en el Código Civil y Comercial argentino, incluyendo los requisitos de procedencia para la configuración de esta responsabilidad, sus eximentes y el factor de atribución aplicable.This paper addresses the different aspects related to the regulation of anonymous liability in the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, including the requirements of origin for the configuration of this responsibility, its exemptions and the applicable attribution factor.
