“Cuidar al que cuida”. Proyecto de Aplicación Profesional para Enfermeros

Abstract
El presente trabajo es un proyecto de aplicación profesional que tiene como finalidad la prevención del síndrome de burnout mediante el Entrenamiento de Habilidades Sociales en los profesionales de la salud que se desempeñan como Enfermeras/os. El programa esta estipulado en 16 encuentros, una vez por semana, con una duración de una hora aproximadamente por encuentro, donde se desarrollaran módulos teóricos y prácticos para 15 personas. La evaluación de la intervención se realizara mediante la aplicación del Inventario “Burnout” de Maslach (MBI) y la versión adaptada del Inventario de Habilidades Sociales (IHS- Del Prette) antes del comienzo del programa y al finalizar el mismo.
Abstract
The central objective of this work is to implement a plan of action to prevent the incidence of burnout syndrome nurses Hospital Scaravelli (Tunuyán-Mendoza), by promoting intervention strategies for training in Social Skills. Data were gathered through the questionnaire MBI, accompanied by a sociodemographic questionnaire and semi-headed. We take one sample of 30 nurses from different areas (medical clinic, operating room, orthopedic surgery, maternity, etc.). Whose ages are between 20 and 60 years. By the following proposal is expected to acquire involved several strategies to address and reduce stress through the acquisition of social skills. For the purpose of achieving these objectives, articulated the strategies needed to provide skills, information, knowledge and the potential for successful implementation, preventing and controlling stress, reduce responses to stress and the physiological activity or levels of anxiety, achieve effective management of communication and interpersonal relationships, increase self-esteem, promote the working atmosphere and increase the likelihood of receiving a positive treatment.
