Lineamientos económicos en Argentina entre los años 2008 y 2010

Abstract

En diciembre del año 2007, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner asume la presidencia de la Nación Argentina, momento en el cual comenzó una nueva etapa de gestión y en donde se establecieron nuevos lineamientos políticos, sociales y económicos. El desafío se centraba en mantener los niveles de crecimiento alcanzados y seguir creciendo económicamente aún más, siendo las bases que determinaron el crecimiento el mantenimiento de un tipo de cambio real competitivo, la prudencia fiscal y, en relación a la política de ingresos, la difusión del crecimiento a todos los estratos sociales y la intervención activa del gobierno en la distribución del ingreso, con el objetivo de evitar expectativas inflacionarias. Estos ejes han sido nuestro punto de despegue para el desarrollo de este trabajo de investigación. Es así, que este Trabajo Final de Grado se propone como objetivo general plasmar los lineamientos económicos entre los años 2008 y 2010, principalmente abocados al estudio de la inflación, el acceso al crédito y el comercio exterior. Cada variable se encuentra desarrollada individualmente haciendo hincapié en el análisis de las causas y efectos de las decisiones y acciones implementadas por el gobierno nacional, para luego arribar a las conclusiones finales en donde se interrelacionan todos los conceptos y lineamientos desarrollados presentando así un esquema general del marco macroeconómico argentino entre los años 2008 y 2010.

In December 2007 , Cristina Fernández de Kirchner asumed the presidence of the Argentinian Nation. It is at that moment in which started a new management era at the Argentinian Republic and in which new guidelines were established, even political, social or economics. The challenged was focus into manteining the levels of economical growth and keeping on growing economically speaking, being the bases which determined the growing the manteinance of a competitive exchange rate, fiscal prudence, and in terms of income policy, the difussion of the growing leves for all the social strata and the active intervention of the goverment into the income distribution, with the objective of avoiding inflation expectations. This core points have been our take off point to develop this paperwork. In this sense, this final paperwork of degree propose as a general objective capture the economics guidelines between the years 2008 and 2010, considering the study of inflation, credit access and international comerce. Every single variable is individualy developed, pointing into the causes and efects of the decisions and actions that the goverment implemented, to finally arrived at the final conclusions, where is possible to observed the analysis of all of the variables working together, considering all the concepts developed in this paperwork, presenting a general outline of the macroeconomical fremework between the years 2008 and 2010.
