Desarrollo de un sistema señalético para el hospital Italiano de Córdoba

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo final de graduación de la Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico de la Universidad Empresarial Siglo 21, consiste en el desarrollo de un sistema señalético en respuesta a las necesidades comunicacionales del hospital Italiano de Córdoba. Este trabajo de aplicación tiene como objetivo general facilitar el desplazamiento, mejorar la accesibilidad y orientación de las personas, en las áreas del hospital Italiano, a través del desarrollo de una estrategia de señalalización sistematizada mediante un manual señalético. Para llevar a cabo este trabajo, en una primera etapa, se han investigado tanto la señalética actual como las dificultades de comunicación interna. En una segunda etapa se entrevistó y encuestó a usuarios en fin de averiguar si era posible llegar a un destino sin consultar a otros como hacerlo. Para el desarrollo de la etapa de aplicación, se plantea un diagnóstico descriptivo de la problemática principal desglozando todas las dificultades que presenta el hospital. Finalmente, se busca responder mediante una estrategia de diseño que contribuya al desplazamiento y orientación de todos los usuarios. ABSTRACT This final work graduation degree in Graphic Design from the Universidad Empresarial Siglo 21, is the development of a wayfinding system in response to the communication needs of the Hospital Italiano of Córdoba. This work aims to apply generally to facilitate the movement, improve accessibility and orientation of the people in the areas of the Italian hospital, through the development of a systematic strategy using a wayfinding handbook. To carry out this work, in a first stage, we have investigated both the current signage and internal communication difficulties. In the second stage were interviewed and surveyed users to see if it was possible to reach a destination without consulting others how. For the development of the implementation phase, we propose a descriptive diagnosis of the main problems breaking down all difficulties in the hospital. Finally, it seeks to answer through a design strategy that contributes to the displacement and orientation of all users.
