Propuesta estratégica para el desarrollo y la organización del turismo en la ciudad de Santa Fé

Abstract

Resumen La Planificación estratégica consiste en "determinar los objetivos de trabajo, los recursos materiales y humanos disponibles y establecer los métodos y técnicas para alcanzar el logro de los resultados que se pretende" (Acerenza, 1994). En el siguiente trabajo se presenta una propuesta estratégica para el desarrollo y la organización de la actividad turística en la ciudad de Santa Fe. Se partió de un marco teórico sobre la planificación estratégica y se evaluaron los antecedentes de la ciudad en materia de planes. Se diagramó un esquema metodológico y se realizó un diagnóstico de la ciudad que permitieron seleccionar las líneas estratégicas que atraviesan la propuesta. Abstract The strategic Planning consists of "to determine the material and human objectives of work, resources available and to establish the methods and techniques to reach the profit of the results that pretende" (Acerenza, 1994). In the following work a strategic proposal for the development and the organization of the tourist activity in the city of Santa Fe appears. It was left from theoretical frame on the strategic planning and the antecedents of the city in the matter of plans were evaluated. Diagramó a methodologic scheme and was realised a diagnosis of the city that allowed to select the strategic lines that they cross the proposal.
