Abstract This final thesis addressed a real-life case of organizational intervention at the Prof. León S. Morra Sanatorium; a mental health center located in the city of Córdoba. The diagnostic analysis identified weaknesses in internal communication channels and a specific need to strengthen leadership styles within the organization. An implementation plan was proposed that included the incorporation of a Human Resources professional, the integration of a digital communication platform (Humand), the creation of active listening and feedback spaces, and leadership training with a coach approach through the Quantum Foundation. Qualitative monitoring tools were also designed to evaluate the plan's impact. The proposal aimed to consolidate a more collaborative organizational culture based on participation, trust, and cross-functional communication, with the goal of generating sustained improvements in the work environment and human talent management.
