Manual de Autoprotección Contra Incendios.

Abstract

El presente reporte de caso tiene como finalidad el diseño e implementación de un Manual de Autoprotección Contra Incendios en la empresa FADEPA S.A., dedicada a la fabricación de pinturas en la provincia de Córdoba. A partir del análisis de riesgo realizado en los distintos sectores, se detectaron condiciones críticas que incrementan la probabilidad de incendios, como la manipulación de materiales inflamables y la falta de infraestructura preventiva. El marco teórico desarrolla conceptos clave vinculados al fuego, los principios de incendio y la autoprotección, conforme a la normativa vigente. El diagnóstico evidenció la ausencia de señalización, salidas de emergencia, extintores y capacitación del personal. En respuesta, se propuso un manual con medidas técnicas y organizativas, estructurado bajo objetivos SMART. Su aplicación permitirá reducir el riesgo de siniestros y garantizar la protección del personal, instalaciones y continuidad operativa.

This case report aims to design and implement a Fire Self-Protection Manual at the company FADEPA S.A. (Corporation), which manufactures paints in the province of Córdoba. Based on the risk analysis carried out in various areas, critical conditions that increase the likelihood of fires were identified, such as the handling of flammable materials and the lack of preventive infrastructure. The theoretical framework develops key concepts related to fire, the principles of combustion and self-protection, in accordance with current policies. The assessment revealed the absence of signage, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and staff training. In response to this issue, a manual with technical and organizational measures was proposed, structured according to SMART objectives. Its implementation will help to reduce the risk of accidents and ensure the protection of personnel, facilities, and production continuity.
