Resumen
En este reporte de caso se llevó a cabo el análisis de la empresa A.J. & J.A. Redolfi S.R.L., distribuidora mayorista de productos alimenticios, perfumería, limpieza y cigarrillos, con 50 años de experiencia en el rubro, situada en la ciudad de Córdoba y que actualmente cuenta con 6.000 clientes entre las provincias de Córdoba, Santa Fe y San Luis, una nómina de 130 empleados y una flota de 73 vehículos.
En dicho análisis se puede evidenciar que, al no contar con un área de Recursos Humanos, ciertos procesos necesarios son ineficientes, como reclutamiento y selección de personal, gestión de capital humano, capacitaciones de mandos medios en Líderes Coach y comunicación interna.
Es necesaria la formación del área de Recursos Humanos para lograr formalizar los procesos que generarán un salto de calidad para la firma. Uno de los procesos para comenzar el cambio es la formación de un equipo que lleve a cabo un plan de capacitación para los mandos medios en Líderes Coach, para poder realizar una correcta gestión del personal y así mejorar los procesos a través de la motivación de los colaboradores, siendo su principal objetivo potenciar el rendimiento de los colaboradores con una presencia más visible.
El impacto de esta implementación generaría un cambio cultural en toda la compañía.
In this report, the analysis of the company A.J. & J.A. Redolfi S.R.L. was carried out. Wholesale distributor of food, perfumery, cleaning, and cigarette products with 50 years of experience in the field, located in the city of Córdoba and currently has 6,000 clients between the provinces of Córdoba, Santa Fe, and San Luis, a payroll of 130 employees, and a fleet of 73 vehicles. In this analysis, by not having a Human Resources area, certain necessary processes are inefficient, such as recruitment and selection of personnel, human capital management, middle management training in Leaders Coach, and internal communication. The creation of the Human Resources area is necessary to formalize the processes that will generate a leap in quality for the firm. One of the processes to begin the change is the formation of a team that carries out a training plan for middle management in Leaders Coach, to be able to carry out correct personnel management and thus improve processes through the motivation of collaborators, its main objective being to enhance the performance of collaborators with a more visible presence. The impact of this implementation would generate a cultural change throughout the company.
