Resumen
El presente trabajo final de grado tiene como objetivo principal el diseño de un plan de comunicación interna y de formación de líderes con enfoque en el liderazgo coach para la empresa familiar A.J. & J.A. Redolfi S.R.L., del sector mayorista de productos alimenticios en la provincia de Córdoba, Argentina. A través de un enfoque diagnóstico y estratégico, se identificaron debilidades críticas en la gestión de los recursos humanos, entre ellas la ausencia de un área formal de RR.HH., la falta de procesos estructurados y la escasa formación en liderazgo. El proyecto propone la creación de un departamento de Recursos Humanos liderado por profesionales calificados, la implementación de canales de comunicación formales y un programa de capacitación para mandos medios y gerentes, enfocado en el desarrollo de competencias de liderazgo coach. Se estima que estas acciones impactarán positivamente en la motivación, el clima laboral y la productividad organizacional, fortaleciendo la cultura interna y asegurando la sustentabilidad del negocio en el tiempo.
This final degree project aims to design an internal communication plan and a leadership development program with a coaching approach for A.J. & J.A. Redolfi S.R.L., a family-owned wholesale company in the food products sector located in Córdoba, Argentina. Through a diagnostic and strategic perspective, critical weaknesses were identified in the company’s human resources management, including the absence of a formal HR department, lack of structured processes, and insufficient leadership training. The proposal includes the creation of a professional HR department, the implementation of formal communication channels, and a coaching-based training program for middle managers and executives. These initiatives are expected to positively impact employee motivation, organizational climate, and productivity, while strengthening internal culture and ensuring the company's long-term sustainability.
