Los homicidios a causa del narcotrafico en la ciudad de Rosario.

Abstract

Esta investigación analiza los homicidios ocurridos en la ciudad de Rosario entre 2013 y 2024, vinculándose con el avance del narcotráfico y las disputas territoriales entre bandas criminales. Se parte de la hipótesis de que dichos homicidios son una herramienta utilizada por estas organizaciones para consolidar poder, ejercer control social y resolver conflictos, en un contexto de políticas de seguridad ineficientes y debilidad institucional. El estudio tiene como objetivo general analizar el rol de los homicidios dentro de las dinámicas del narcotráfico en Rosario. Para ello, se propone: examinar la evolución de la tasa de homicidios y su correlación con el narcotráfico, identificar el perfil sociológico y demográfico de las víctimas, y estudiar su grado de vinculación con el crimen organizado. La investigación busca aportar una mirada integral sobre la violencia letal como manifestación estructural del conflicto narco en la región.

This research analyzes homicides that occurred in the city of Rosario between 2013 and 2024, linking them to the rise of drug trafficking and territorial disputes between criminal gangs. It is hypothesized that these homicides are a tool used by these organizations to consolidate power, exert social control, and resolve conflicts, in a context of inefficient security policies and institutional weakness. The study's overall objective is to analyze the role of homicides within the dynamics of drug trafficking in Rosario. To this end, it proposes examining the evolution of the homicide rate and its correlation with drug trafficking, identifying the sociological and demographic profile of the victims, and studying their degree of connection with organized crime. The research seeks to provide a comprehensive view of lethal violence as a structural manifestation of the drug conflict in the region.
