Resumen
La empresa de tarjetas Naranja analizada en cuestión pertenece al sector financiero. A través de los análisis externos e internos realizados en este trabajo de fin de carrera, se encontró que la empresa tiene un problema de rentabilidad debido a la pérdida de clientes y para resolverlo se realiza una planificación estratégica utilizando estrategias de diferenciación y penetración de mercado, ya que con algunos de los objetivos planteados, como el uso de criptomonedas, atención al cliente a través de un chatbot y mejoras en los procesos de logística de tarjetas, nos permitirán diferenciarnos de la competencia con una propuesta de valor añadido y aumentar la rentabilidad en base a un segmento de clientes que es ya atendido pero con una propuesta diferente. También buscaremos captar nuevos clientes con una estrategia de publicidad y atención al cliente personalizada y más cercana, adaptándonos a los cambios de la evolución.
Se obtuvieron los siguientes indicadores:

TIR = 151,64%
ROI = 959,82%
The analyzed orange card company in question belongs to the financial industry. Through the external and internal analyses carried out in this final degree project, it was found that the company has a profitability problem due to the loss of customers and to resolve it, strategic planning is carried out using differentiation and market penetration strategies, since with some of the objectives set, such as the use of cryptocurrencies, customer service through a chatbot, and improvements in card logistics processes, will allow us to differentiate ourselves from the competition with an added value proposal and increase profitability based on a customer segment that is already served but with a different proposal. We will also seek to attract new customers with a personalized and closer advertising and customer service strategy, adapting to the changes in evolution.
