This project aimed to develop a mobile application as a social network for cyclists, designed to facilitate the organization of group rides, route tracking, and the ability to share routes. The intention was to create an integrated platform that consolidates various functionalities, addressing cyclists' need for a centralized tool that simplifies planning and fosters user connections. The application allows cyclists to interact, share experiences and achievements, and organize routes easily, promoting the creation of an active cycling community. To achieve this goal, the agile Scrum methodology was employed, enabling collaborative planning. The technologies used included Flutter for cross-platform development, MySQL for data management, and Node.js for the backend, ensuring a robust and scalable system. The application incorporated a geolocation system and detailed metrics, allowing cyclists to view their routes in real time and obtain statistics such as distance traveled, speed, and time. This tool promoted collaboration and strengthened an inclusive community, demonstrating the positive impact of technology on recreational and healthy activities, and simplifying the experience for less experienced users through an accessible and functional platform.
