Resumen
En el presente reporte de caso se analiza a Naranja X, con el objetivo de comprender las variables externas e internas que inciden en su desempeño. En este contexto, surge un interrogante clave: ¿qué necesitan los jóvenes estudiantes para administrar su dinero en un entorno tan cambiante, y qué rol ocupan las fintech en su vida cotidiana? Frente a este escenario, Naranja X detecta una oportunidad de mercado para fortalecer su identidad de marca en un segmento joven. Con una estructura digital sólida y cultura innovadora, propone el lanzamiento de una tarjeta de débito universitaria con beneficios exclusivos. Y mediante una planificación estratégica basada en estrategias de crecimiento y diferenciación, se plantean objetivos definidos para aumentar rentabilidad, captar nuevos usuarios y optimizar la experiencia al usuario, con planes de acción concretos. El análisis económico-financiero valida la viabilidad del proyecto, orientado a consolidar el liderazgo a través de la fidelización del público objetivo.
This case report analyzes Naranja X with the aim of identifying the internal and external factors impacting its performance. A key question arises in this context: what do young students need to effectively manage their finances in such a volatile environment, and what role do fintech companies play in their daily lives? In response, Naranja X identifies a strategic market opportunity to strengthen its brand positioning among the youth segment. Backed by a robust digital infrastructure and an innovation-driven culture, the company proposes the launch of a university debit card offering exclusive benefits. Through a strategic planning approach focused on growth and differentiation, the initiative outlines clear objectives to enhance profitability, attract new users, and improve the customer experience, supported by actionable implementation plans. A financial and economic analysis confirms the project’s viability, aiming to consolidate market leadership through increased loyalty within the target audience.
