Resumen
El presente trabajo final de graduación consiste en un reporte de caso de la empresa familiar metalúrgica Manser S.R.L. ubicada en la provincia de Córdoba. Los principales desafíos que enfrentaba la empresa estaban vinculados a una comunicación interna deficiente, además se evidenciaba la ausencia de liderazgo coach en los niveles medios y altos, donde también se notaban limitaciones en cuanto a habilidades blandas y gestión del tiempo. Mediante el análisis Pestel, Foda y las cinco fuerzas de Porter, se identificaron tanto las debilidades como las oportunidades presentes en la organización.
A partir de estos hallazgos, se propuso un plan de comunicación interna basado en el liderazgo coach y una mejor gestión del tiempo, aplicable a todos los departamentos mediante una herramienta digital, con el objetivo de mejorar los recursos, facilitar la circulación de la información y aumentar las ganancias en un 6%. Se concluye que la propuesta ayudará a la empresa mejorando la productividad, la motivación y a desarrollar equipos efectivos, lo que se traducirá en beneficios tanto operativos como económicos para la organización.
This final graduation project consists of a case report on the family-run metalworking company Manser S.R.L., located in the province of Córdoba. The company's main challenges were linked to poor internal communication. Furthermore, a lack of coach leadership at mid- and senior-level levels was evident, as well as limitations in soft skills and time management. Through PESTEL, SWOT, and Porter's Five Forces analyses, both weaknesses and opportunities within the organization were identified. Based on these findings, an internal communication plan based on coach leadership and improved time management was proposed. This plan was applicable to all departments through a digital tool, with the goal of improving resources, facilitating the flow of information, and increasing profits by 6%. It is concluded that the proposal will help the company by improving productivity and motivation, and developing effective teams, which will translate into both operational and economic benefits for the organization.
