This project involved the design and implementation of a management system for the supply room of an urban transport company. The initiative arose from the identification of a specific issue: the manual administration of spare parts stock and maintenance tasks caused delays, loss of information, and low traceability of the resources used in the units. In response to this scenario, the general objective was to develop a digital solution that would automate critical processes in the area, providing greater efficiency, control, and operational visibility. Throughout the project, the specific needs of the sector were identified, and functionalities were stablished, such as the registration of spare parts inflows and outflows, the management of mechanical services per unit, the linking of purchase receipts, and the generation of historical and statistical reports. The developed system allows the application of filters by date, unit, or type of service, promoting traceability and preventive planning of resources. In addition, differentiated access levels, IT security measures, and a robust data backup policy were considered. The final solution not only addressed the initial limitations but also provided key tools for a more strategic and sustainable management of the mechanical workshop.
