Resumen
El trabajo final se enfocó en las necesidades de los técnicos de seguridad e higiene de la empresa DMT en la gestión de su información y la planificación de sus actividades. Uno de los principales problemas identificados fue la gran cantidad de documentos y planillas que debían completarse diariamente, lo que generaba una pérdida considerable de tiempo. Además, el almacenamiento de información en papel dificultaba el acceso rápido y eficiente a los datos necesarios para análisis, auditorías o reportes. Mediante un proceso de desarrollo de software, se llevó a cabo un análisis y diseño de una aplicación web que digitaliza las principales tareas y documentos del técnico. La aplicación permitió la entrada de datos de manera rápida y concreta, mejorando significativamente la eficiencia operativa y reduciendo el margen de error asociado con la gestión manual de documentos. La disponibilidad de datos actualizados en tiempo real permitió a los técnicos tomar decisiones fundamentadas, lo cual es vital en situaciones críticas donde cualquier equivocación puede tener consecuencias graves. La solución desarrollada no solo mejoró la eficiencia, sino que también facilitó el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares de seguridad al proporcionar un acceso inmediato y organizado a la información relevante. Este proyecto abordó eficazmente las limitaciones del antiguo sistema basado en papel y proporcionó una herramienta tecnológica avanzada que optimiza la gestión de la seguridad e higiene. La implementación de esta solución digital representó un avance hacia la modernización y operatividad en la gestión de riesgos laborales.
The final work focused on the needs of the safety and hygiene technicians of the DMT company in the management of their information and the planning of their activities. One of the main problems identified was the large number of documents and forms that had to be completed daily, which generated a considerable loss of time. In addition, storing information on paper made it difficult to quickly and efficiently access the data needed for analysis, audits or reports. Through a software development process, an analysis and design of a web application was carried out that digitizes the technician's main tasks and documents. The application enabled data entry quickly and concretely, significantly improving operational efficiency andreducing the margin of error associated with manual document management. The availability of updated data in real time allowed technicians to make informed decisions, which is vital in critical situations where any mistake can have serious consequences. The developed solution not only improved efficiency, but also facilitated compliance with regulations and security standards by providing immediate and organized access to relevant information. This project effectively addressed the limitations of the old paper-based system and provided an advanced technological tool that optimizes health and safety management. The implementation of this digital solution represented progress towards modernization and operability in occupational risk management.
