Resumen
El presente trabajo está basado en el análisis y diagnóstico de la empresa A. J. & J.A. Redolfi S.R.L., la cual posee una trayectoria de más de 50 años en el sector .mayorista de productos alimenticios, perfumería, limpieza y cigarrillos en el interior del país, con epicentro en la localidad de James Craik de la provincia de Córdoba. A partir del análisis mencionado se observa que la misma no tiene desarrollados canales de comunicación interna eficientes y sus mandos medios carecen de formación en liderazgo coach, características que impactan negativamente en el clima organizacional y la apropiación de la cultura organizacional.Por lo expuesto, se propone un abordaje mediante un plan estratégico de comunicación interna con el uso de canales tradicionales y herramientas digitales, así como una formación del nivel de supervisión en liderazgo coach, con el fin de mejorar el clima y la satisfacción laboral y afianzar la cultura organizacional de la empresa,
Abstract This paper is based on an analysis and diagnosis of the company A. J. & J.A. Redolfi S.R.L., which has over 50 years of experience in the wholesale food, perfume, cleaning, and cigarette sectors in the interior of the country, headquartered in the town of James Craik in the province of Córdoba. From the aforementioned analysis, it is observed that the company does not have developed efficient internal communication channels and its middle managers lack training in leadership coaching. These characteristics negatively impact the organizational climate and the adoption of organizational culture. Therefore, an approach is proposed through a strategic internal communication plan using traditional channels and digital tools, as well as training supervisors in leadership coaching. This approach aims to improve the climate and job satisfaction and strengthen the company's organizational culture.
