Resumen
La investigación fue realizada en las empresas familiares de la ciudad de Concordia, Entre Ríos, y profundiza en el análisis de la ausencia de la descripción formal de puestos y su influencia en la informalidad en la gestión de recursos humanos, sobre todo en los procesos de selección de personal. Se analizó, a través de encuestas, si las empresas entrevistadas cuentan con una descripción de puestos y se determinó que ninguna la posee. Sin embargo, ninguna de ellas manifiesta tener problemas organizativos. Y, a través de preguntas abiertas, se lograron detectar inconvenientes como la concentración de decisiones en una sola persona, falta de delegación, escasa planificación, entre otros.
Se concluyó que la ausencia de una descripción de puestos constituye una debilidad estructural que limita la eficiencia operativa y la capacidad de crecimiento de las mismas. Se planteó comenzar con un proceso progresivo de formalización interna, comenzando por la elaboración de perfiles y responsabilidades de cada puesto.
The research was conducted in family businesses in the city of Concordia, Entre Ríos, and delves into the analysis of the lack of formal job descriptions and its influence on informality in human resource management, particularly in personnel selection processes. The proposal was to begin a progressive process of internal formalization, starting with the development of profiles and responsibilities for each position.
