Comunicación interna y Liderazgo coach en las empresas B: el caso Proa Consulting

Resumen
El presente reporte de caso analizó a la empresa Proa Consulting, una agencia internacional con certificación B que asesora a organizaciones sociales, utilizando herramientas de diagnóstico y análisis de contexto. Los resultados mostraron problemas en la comunicación interna y el liderazgo coach, lo que provocó fallas en el cumplimiento de los objetivos y un elevado ausentismo. Como plan de respuesta se implementó un software colaborativo a fin de potenciar la comunicación interna equilibrando canales formales e informales, y se diseñó un programa de liderazgo coach para empoderar a los líderes, mejorar su rendimiento y el de sus equipos. Esto llevó a la reducción del ausentismo en un 10 %, se incrementó la efectividad de la comunicación interna y la gestión de los recursos humanos mediante el uso de las TIC. A través de una comunicación interna eficiente y el desarrollo de líderes coach, se espera consolidar una cultura sustentable con buen clima laboral y equipos de alto rendimiento.

The results revealed problems in internal communication and coaching leadership, which led to failures in meeting objectives and high absenteeism. As a response plan, collaborative software was implemented to enhance internal communication by balancing formal and informal channels, and a coaching leadership program was designed to empower leaders, improving their performance and that of their teams. This led to a 10% reduction in absenteeism, and the effectiveness of internal communication and human resource management was increased through the use of ICT. Through efficient internal communication and the development of coaching leaders, it is hoped to consolidate a sustainable culture with a positive work environment and high‑performance teams.
