This Final Degree Project consists of an intervention plan centered on an Experiential Social Skills Training program. The proposal is aimed at adult residents of the Sanatorio Morra Therapeutic Community in Córdoba, who are in the process of recovery from problematic substance use. Deficits in social skills are considered a barrier to sustained recovery and community reintegration. Therefore, the main objective of the proposed intervention is to strengthen key social skills, such as assertiveness, interpersonal communication, and coping strategies, through a structured program of six group sessions with an experiential approach. The intervention is expected to contribute to a significant improvement in the participants' social skills repertoire, increasing their self-efficacy, enhancing the quality of their interpersonal relationships, and strengthening their ability to prevent relapses. Through this approach, a more successful social reintegration is expected. The evaluation of the results will be carried out using a pre-post design with the Del Prette Social Skills Inventory, in its adaptation for the Argentine population. The demonstration of its efficacy could enable its implementation in other therapeutic communities or addiction treatment facilities, contributing to improving the quality of life and recovery prospects of the residents.
