Abstract
In this paper, which emerged as part of a research work framed in a qualitative approach, we are interested in analyzing the conditions of emergence and development of this socio-territorial conflict, placing special emphasis on the discursive and extra-discursive strategies displayed by the subjects involved in the process. conflict and its relationships, confrontations, and interpellations, placing special emphasis on those that occur between the State and the Malvinas Assembly Fight for life. For this, three analytical moments of resistance are presented: a first moment characterized mainly by an institutional inscription of the struggle and the search for popular support, a second moment of disruption of the institutional mechanisms and the formation/consolidation of a network of resistance and finally, a third moment of institutional reinscription and seizure of state power, which marks a break with the assembly experience from the transmutation into a political party. We conclude the writing by proposing some reflections to contribute to the debate around the relationship between social movements and governments in the context of socio-territorial conflicts.
