Potencial turístico de la producción agroecológica en la zona rural de Tornquist y su integración en el turismo sustentable

Abstract

En la presente investigación se llevó a cabo un análisis del potencial turístico que poseían los establecimientos agroecológicos localizados en la zona rural del partido de Tornquist, provincia de Buenos Aires. El objetivo del estudio consistió en determinar la posible inserción de dichos establecimientos en la oferta turística bajo el modelo de desarrollo sustentable. El método utilizado para realizar el análisis fue un diseño no experimental y descriptivo, al mismo tiempo que se le dio un enfoque cualitativo. Este incluyó instrumentos de relevamiento técnico y entrevistas semiestructuradas a los propietarios de las unidades, los cuales se utilizaron para su posterior evaluación turística. Los resultados obtenidos tras realizar el análisis fueron favorables, confirmando la existencia de potencialidad turística en los establecimientos y la posibilidad de ser incluidos dentro de la oferta turística de la Comarca Serrana como alternativa de desarrollo sostenible. Además, los hallazgos concordaron en distintos puntos con los descubrimientos encontrados en diversos antecedentes sobre el tema en otras ubicaciones geográficas. Esta investigación fue la primera en llevarse a cabo en la zona bajo análisis, abarcando esta temática y fomentando la posibilidad de que se realicen nuevas indagaciones ampliatorias sobre los tópicos tratados. Se sugirió, al mismo tiempo, la incorporación de nuevos objetos de estudio para profundizar en la relevancia de la sostenibilidad y la agroecología en el desarrollo turístico, fomentando así un enfoque más integral y consciente del turismo en la región.

In the present research, an analysis of the tourism potential of agroecological establishments located in the rural area of the district of Tornquist, province of Buenos Aires, was carried out. The objective of the study was to determine the possible insertion of these establishments in the tourist offer under the sustainable development model. The method used to carry out the analysis was a non-experimental and descriptive design, with a qualitative approach. This included technical survey instruments and semi-structured interviews with the owners of the units, which were used for their subsequent tourism evaluation. The results obtained after the analysis were favorable, confirming the existence of tourism potential in the establishments and the possibility of including them in the tourism offer of the Comarca Serrana as an alternative for sustainable development. In addition, the findings agreed in different points with the discoveries found in various precedents on the subject in other geographic locations. This research was the first to be carried out in the area under analysis, covering this subject and encouraging the possibility of further research on the topics discussed. At the same time, the incorporation of new objects of study was suggested to deepen the relevance of sustainability and agroecology in tourism development, thus promoting a more comprehensive and conscious approach to tourism in the region.
