The present final graduation project analyzed the commercial opportunity of exporting varietal wines from Finca La Emilia to the Asian market, with the aim of establishing an effective market penetration strategy by 2025. In a context where the Argentine wine industry seeks to diversify its markets beyond the United States, Brazil, and Europe, Asia emerged as a strategic destination due to sustained economic growth, the expansion of the middle class, and the increase in per capita wine consumption. The internal and external analysis of Finca La Emilia, supported by tools such as the SWOT analysis, the multicriteria matrix (AHP), and the international marketing mix, revealed that China was the most promising market due to its population size, import capacity, and evolving consumption habits. A strategy was designed that included the selection of B2B importers specialized in boutique wines, the use of the FOB Incoterm, and promotion at key international trade fairs. In conclusion, the project’s feasibility was determined, highlighting that Finca La Emilia possessed the necessary conditions to successfully position itself in the Chinese market, maximizing its potential in a competitive global environment.
