Corrientes, un pueblo guaraní

Abstract

El objetivo general de este trabajo fue estudiar y poner en manifiesto los símbolos y elementos culturales guaraníes que han perdurado en la provincia de Corrientes, cómo este impacta en la sociedad actual y en el turismo. Mediante un método de investigación cualitativo exploratorio/descriptivo que se realizó a expertas en el área de cultura y sociedad que ya han tenido y mantienen conexiones importantes con la comunidad. Se abren preguntas como: ¿Qué perdura y qué fue olvidado de la cultura guaraní? ¿De qué formas podemos aprovechar este patrimonio para el turismo? ¿Qué tipo de repercusión tendrá en el ambiente y en la sociedad cultural? De las cuales se pudo llegar a conclusiones de índole social, espiritual y natural, en donde el turismo desempeña un papel fundamental en la difusión y valorización de los temas vinculados a esta cultura, promoviendo su protección y cuidado. Desde la marginación hasta la reestructuración, se evidencian prácticas que te invitan a un acercamiento sensible al legado guaraní. Este trabajo es una invitación a repensar lo que nos rodea, cómo impacta en nuestra sociedad y cómo nos nutre de manera consciente o inconsciente, día a día.

The main objective of this study was to examine and highlight the Guaraní cultural symbols and elements that have endured in the province of Corrientes, as well as their impact on contemporary society and tourism. A qualitative, exploratory-descriptive research method was employed, based on interviews with experts in culture and society who have had and continue to maintain strong ties with the local community. This approach raised key questions such as: What aspects of Guaraní culture have endured and what has been forgotten? How can this heritage be used to enhance tourism? What kind of impact might it have on the environment and cultural society? The findings led to conclusions of a social, spiritual, and natural nature, in which tourism plays a key role in disseminating and promoting knowledge related to this culture, contributing to its protection and preservation. From marginalization to reconfiguration, the study reveals practices that invite a deeper, more sensitive engagement with the Guaraní legacy. This work is an invitation to reconsider what surrounds us, how it impacts our society, and how it nourishes us—consciously or unconsciously—on a daily basis.
