Resumen
El presente trabajo final de grado es un reporte de caso que tuvo como objetivo principal identificar un mercado latinoamericano para la exportación de los cuadernos con tapa flexible de 70 hojas de Ledesma Nat. Para lograr la meta de este estudio se realizó un análisis FODA para conocer la condición interna de la empresa y un análisis PESTEL para entender el entorno en el que se mueve la empresa Ledesma SAAI.
A partir de la selección de potenciales mercados para realizar la exportación, haciendo uso de la herramienta de análisis multicriterio, se llego a la conclusión de que México es el destino óptimo para este producto. Habiendo establecido el mercado a comercializar, se exploraron varias empresas importadoras, donde la Distribuidora Sajor S.A. fue la seleccionada.
En última instancia se analizó detalladamente el producto, precio a comercializar, la distribución del mismo y todos los documentos necesarios para realizar la exportación.
This final undergraduate thesis is a case report that aimed to identify a Latin American market for the export of Ledesma Nat's 70-page softcover notebooks. To achieve the goal of this study, a SWOT analysis was conducted to assess the company's internal conditions, and a PESTEL analysis was performed to understand the external environment of Ledesma SAAI. After establishing the market to target, several importing companies were explored, with Distribuidora Sajor S.A. being selected. Ultimately, the product was described in detail, with its pricing, distribution strategy, and all necessary documents for exporting
