Para ello, se recorrerá la legislación internacional y nacional vigente en materia de menores en conflicto con la ley, examinando sus garantías y derechos. El estudio abordará los fundamentos de la edad de imputabilidad para establecer la convencionalidad y constitucionalidad de su modificación. Complementariamente, se analizará el derecho comparado, la doctrina y la jurisprudencia, con el fin de extraer conclusiones sobre la viabilidad de implementar la reforma propuesta.This Final Degree Project aims to analyze the juvenile criminal justice system and the age of criminal responsibility, determining accountability for illicit acts committed by adolescents. To this end, it will examine current international and national legislation concerning minors in conflict with the law, scrutinizing their guarantees and rights. The study will address the foundations of the age of criminal responsibility to establish the conventionality and constitutionality of its modification.
