2016-03-042016-03-042012https://repositorio.21.edu.ar/handle/ues21/10533Resumen El siguiente trabajo de investigación está orientado a analizar la capacidad que tiene el niño para hacer valer sus derechos ante el supuesto de maltrato infantil provocado por algún miembro de su familia. Es frecuente que la violencia familiar ejercida sobre el niño no se denuncie y quede en el ámbito interno de la familia, ya sea porque ignoran que ciertos actos configuren violencia, por temor o porque dar a conocer la situación podría acarrear la disolución del vínculo familiar. Por ello, es que a lo largo del trabajo, se identificaran las diferentes manifestaciones del maltrato infantil intrafamiliar y se expondrá como la víctima puede ejercer sus derechos a fin de evitar o hacer cesar este flagelo. Abstract The following work of investigation there is orientated to analyze the capacity that the child has to make cost his rights before the supposition of infantile mistreatment provoked by some member of his family. It is frequent that the familiar violence exercised on the child one does not denounce and stays in the internal area of the family, already be because they ignore that certain acts form violence, for dread or because to announce the situation might transport the dissolution of the familiar link.
