También se realizó un análisis legal mediante la planilla RGRL y, por último, se realizó un análisis organizacional mediante un FODA, lo cual se centra en el establecimiento del diagnóstico, el cual está sustentado en el marco teórico, donde además se discutió el diagnóstico definitivo de la empresa y las necesidades de la aplicación de las medidas correctivas que se exponen en un plan de trabajo, donde el objetivo es ayudar a la organización a gestionar los riesgos de sus actividades y del establecimiento, y la admisión de recomendaciones al respecto.In this work, a risk analysis of the company Sanatorio “Leon.s.Morra” was carried out.
