Los resultados arribados a través de la revisión bibliográfica de esta investigación concluyen que existen vínculos entre consumo y el delito, consumo y exclusión social. Por ello, poder identificar estas conductas y sus patrones es muy significativo al momento de recapacitar sobre las políticas públicas integrales que ayudan a que este fenómeno merme siempre y cuando se tenga una mirada con profusa atención a la prevención, a la asistencia y a la seguridad de los individuos que se encuentran en ese contexto.Currently, theoretical studies supported by empirical data and within the framework of current legislation allow for speculation regarding the correlation between individuals with some form of addiction and the use of various psychoactive substances, and the resulting behaviour in criminal acts. The findings reached through the bibliographic review of this research conclude that there are links between substance use and crime, as well as between substance use and social exclusion.
