La empresa enfrenta desafíos debido a la obsolescencia de su sistema actual y la falta de políticas claras. El objetivo principal es mejorar la precisión y oportunidad en la devolución de información contable-financiera, optimizando la gestión y planificación financiera, reduciendo el riesgo de sanciones legales e impositivas, y fortaleciendo la credibilidad ante inversores y socios. La metodología incluye un análisis exhaustivo de los sistemas contables disponibles en el mercado y el desarrollo de políticas claras para el circuito de pagos, estableciendo mecanismos de seguimiento y evaluación para asegurar el éxito de la implementación. Los resultados esperados son una mejora significativa en la precisión y rapidez de la gestión contable, reducción de errores en los informes financieros y mayor eficiencia operativa. Estas mejoras no solo posicionarán mejor a la empresa en el mercado, sino que también permitirán aprovechar nuevas oportunidades. En conclusión, la modernización del sistema contable y la adopción de nuevas tecnologías son esenciales para la competitividad y el crecimiento, destacando la importancia de la gestión del cambio y la capacitación continua del personal.Abstract This research focuses on optimizing the accounting and financial management of a medium-sized Argentine company through the implementation of a modern accounting system. The company faces significant challenges due to the obsolescence of its current system and the lack of clear policies. The main objective is to improve the accuracy and timeliness of accounting and financial information, optimizing financial management and planning, reducing the risk of legal and tax penalties, and strengthening credibility with investors and partners. The methodology includes a thorough analysis of the accounting systems available on the market and the development of clear policies for the payment circuit, establishing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure successful implementation. The expected results are a significant improvement in the accuracy and speed of accounting management, a reduction in errors in financial reports, and greater operational efficiency. These improvements will not only better position the company in the market but also allow it to take advantage of new opportunities.
