2016-03-042016-03-042010-10-05https://repositorio.21.edu.ar/handle/ues21/10777RESUMEN El presente Trabajo Final de Grado pretende analizar los valores e intereses en relación a la defensa de la hoja de coca del Movimiento al Socialismo, actor étnicopolítico que arribó al poder en Bolivia en el año 2006, y que ha planteado una nueva identidad del estado boliviano. El estudio de la identidad, valores e intereses de este actor permitirá conocer las preferencias de Bolivia, entendidas como una condición subjetiva que otorga significación y valor a los bienes, supeditándolos al sistema de valores e intereses a los que los individuos o grupos pertenecen. A partir del análisis de estas preferencias se examinará cómo se ve condicionada la política interior y externa de Bolivia. Para ello en primer término se abordarán las nuevas políticas que Bolivia ha implementado desde 2006, luego se analizarán las presentaciones de Bolivia ante organismos internacionales y por último se identificará cómo las preferencias en relación a la defensa de la hoja de coca han afectado la relación bilateral de Bolivia con Estados Unidos. Para el logro de estos objetivos se utilizará la Teoría Liberal elaborada según Andrew Moravcsik, que considera los valores e identidades de una sociedad como principales determinantes de las preferencias del Estado y de su política exterior. ABSTRACT This Final Project aims to analyze the values and interests in relation to the defense of the coca leaf by the Movimiento Al Socialismo, the ethno-political actor who came to power in Bolivia in 2006 and has promoted a new identity for the Bolivian state. The study of identity, values and interests of the actor will lead to know the preferences of Bolivia, understood as a subjective condition which gives meaning and value to the property, subject to the system of values and interests from the individuals or groups they belong. From the analysis of these preferences, it will be examined how the policy is conditioned inside and outside of Bolivia. To do so, primarily the new policies that Bolivia has implemented since 2006 will be addressed. Secondly, the submissions for Bolivia to international organizations will be analyzed and finally it will be indentified the meanings of how the preferences in relation to the defense of the coca leaf has affected the bilateral relationship of Bolivia with the United States.
