This paper falls within the dimension of healthcare quality and proposes the implementation of an institutional strategic plan that, through the redesign of the hospital pharmacy, positions this unit as a key driver to improve profitability, care quality, and operational efficiency at Hospital TodosSanos. Based on the case study analysis, several improvement opportunities are identified in the current pharmaceutical management, which lacks planning tools, traceability systems, protocols, and performance indicators. The proposal aims to strengthen internal processes, incorporate new services, establish agreements with healthcare payers, and optimize the use of critical resources. Through concrete actions, measurable objectives, and a realistic implementation timeline, the pharmacy is expected to become a strategic pillar with a direct impact on economic sustainability and patient safety.
