Resumen
Este trabajo final de grado tiene como propósito implementar un plan estratégico que posicione como marca empleadora atractiva a la empresa A. J. & J. A. Redolfi SRL, distribuidora mayorista de alimentos, perfumería y limpieza, de la provincia de Córdoba, distinguiéndola como una organización deseada, capaz de atraer, fidelizar y retener a los mejores talentos, potenciada con una robusta propuesta de valor al empleado, impactando en los actuales colaboradores como en los futuros. La investigación, dada por el diagnóstico organizacional mediante diferentes herramientas de análisis estratégico, pudo evaluar los diferentes aspectos de la empresa, determinando como intervención primordial la creación del área de recursos humanos, imprescindible para desarrollar e implementar un plan estratégico de marca empleadora con una propuesta de valor al empleado sólida, considerando elementos claves para la competitividad organizacional, la atracción de talentos y la fidelización.
This final degree project aims to implement a strategic plan that positions A. J. & J. A. Redolfi SRI—a wholesale distributor of food, perfumery, and cleaning products in the province of Córdoba—as an attractive employer brand. This plan will distinguish it as a desirable organization capable of attracting, retaining, and fostering top talent, amplified by a robust employee value proposition that positively impacts both current and future employees. The research, based on an organizational diagnosis conducted through various strategic analysis tools, evaluated different aspects of the company. It determined that the primary intervention required was the creation of a Human Resources department, which is essential for developing and implementing a strategic employer brand plan with a solid employee value proposition, considering key elements for organizational competitiveness, talent attraction, and retention.
